Sutherland School Starry Nights Gala and Louis Gervais Catering Reception

Two great nights highlight last week’s events and activities. First, it was time to dress to the nines with the parents and friends of North Vancouver’s Sutherland Secondary school for their first ever Starry Nights Black and White Gala. Designed as a fundraiser for the school and the primary feeder schools, this elegant evening was held at North Vancouver’s Le Bistro Chez Michel and featured silent and live auction items and a chance to dance the night away to a live band. Next, it was the gang at North Vancouver’s Louis Gervais Fine Foods and Catering who put on the ritz for foodie fans to come sip and sample. The affable kitchen crew cooked up a storm designed to showcase both their location and their talents in a delightful and delicious afternoon reception. And while I’m already a pretty good little cook, I plan on going back for one of their fabulous cooking classes very soon.
