The Chef's Table Soceity of B.C. 1st Annual Culinary Challenge was held last week at the Terminal City Club in Vancouver. This competition for up-and-coming chefs featured teams from Vancouver's top culinary schools in a battle for a $5,000 scholarship. Vancouver's member chefs chose Vancouver Community College as this year's winner, but every participant wins praise here and gets a chance to come back next year for more. Congrats to all involved.
