It was a 25th anniversary celebration like no other this past weekend at the Rocky Mountaineer Station as guests gathered to toast the success of "The House the Love Built." Ronald McDonald House BC provides a safe, secure, home-away-from-home for seriously ill children and their families while they receive medical treatment in Vancouver at BC Children’s Hospital. Described as a haven for many who need the support and hospice that this organization provides - it is a godsend for those in need. Celebrating in James Bond style, the evening also featured play gambling tables and fabulous auction items as well as amazing circus ribbon aerial performers. Congrats to all involved. Also, wrapping up BC Fashion Week, the gang at Arc2 Intertainment celebrated with a gala extravaganza evening at the Centre for Performing Arts. The Sky 360 - FMA (Fashion Music Arts) Gala recreated the old-fashioned glamour days of jet-set travel in support of Canadian Make Poverty History. Designers like Evan & Dean, Calvin Klein, Anna Kosturova, Agent Provocateur and Betsy Johnson were featured in an evening of glamour that continued well into the wee hours of the night.

Due to server capacity, you will not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs. With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would quickly exceed the amount of memory needed.
If you would like to receive a copy of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo. Thanks. |
