Every November, Vancouverites head north for a festival of food and wine like no other. Whistler's 11th Annual Cornucopia attracts everyone from serious wine-knowers to celebrity party-goers. Over 75 wineries participated in the two-night Crush! Gala Grand Tasting event - but up here, your cup runneth over. After parties, the likes of which don't even start until 10 pm, send the celebrations into overtime. Ric's Grill and Casino Royale dealt out a big winner with a James Bond style gambling gala. The Hilton's $200 Cajun-themed Arti Gras after party was both hot and spicy. Araxi's guests toasted in tuxes with free-flowing champagne at Bubbles, Rhythm & the Deep Sea, while The Mountain Club dished deep house at the Ultralounge & Burlesquerave Party. A little naughty, but never haughty, this is one festival that, like a fine wine, actually seems to get better and better with age.

Due to server capacity, you will not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs. With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would quickly exceed the amount of memory needed.
If you would like to receive a copy of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo. Thanks. |
