What happens when a punk rocker, born in India, marries the sportswriter son of Salvation Army ministers? The answer - a new tattoo for two. Bif Naked, born Beth Torbert, became Mrs. Ian Walker in a traditional-with-a-twist wedding at St. Andrews Wesley church last Saturday. An exotic Bollywood style reception afterwards at Maurya restaurant on Broadway saw the bride convert her long ivory gown into a mini-skirt sensation complete with garters and bows. The room was decorated beyond belief and was truly one of the most spectacular I have ever seen. Mr. and Mrs. have also exchanged tattoos with his signature on her arm and her initial on his hip. Also, star spotters should be alert this week and next as the Vancouver International Film Festival continues with glamorous premieres and gala parties all over town. Wesley Snipes - where are you?
