The Shooting Stars Foundation is
well known for their support of AIDS related organizations
and for their fabulous events, like "Fit for a Queen" and
"Gambado". On April 21, at Heritage Hall, they held their
annual Stellar Celebration where they surprised everyone
by presenting award cheques of $7,000, instead of
the expected $5,000
to
seven direct service
AIDS organizations incuding BC Persons
With AIDS, Western Canadian Pediatric AIDS Society, Dr. Peters
AIDS Foundation, A Loving Spoonful and more.
Vancouver's best events and celebrity
functions are all archived here. Vancouver pubs, clubs, nightclubs,
gala events and fundraisers are included. Thanks for viewing.
Due to server capacity, you will
not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs.
With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would
quickly exceed the amount of memory needed. If you would like to receive a copy
of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the
details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number
and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for
security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures
to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo.
Thanks. |
