Whistler's annual Cornucopia event
always attracts hundreds of North Shore locals and this year
was no exception. The 2004 tasting and food event, which
always seems to outdo anything I've ever seen in Vancouver,
offered guests a chance to attend seminars, tastings, dinners
and
lavish L.A. style parties that continued well into the wee
hours. The "Crush" gala on Friday Nov. 12
is always the biggest draw, but the real celeb after-parties
start
well past 10 pm.
Not for the weak at heart, the Bearfoot Bistro's sexy, seductive
and slightly naughty "Masquerave" was the hottest ticket
in town as was Araxi's champagne and seafood late night
jazz event, both of which featured free flowing spirits,
dancing and feature food to die for.
