Tiger Balm International

March 15, 2003

By Catherine Barr

Capilano College Sportsplex was overflowing last weekend with spectators and athletes of all ages as the Tiger Balm International martial arts competition took place. Nine categories, including SKIL point fighting, SKIL & WKC continuous sparring, Sport Jujitsu, padded  weapons sparring, San Shou fighting, Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, and Modified Pankration were on display. Competitors from both Canada and the United States came together in this most impressive display of skill, sportsmanship and honour. Congratulations to all involved.
