Capilano College Sportsplex was overflowing
last weekend with spectators and athletes of all ages as
the Tiger Balm International martial arts competition took
place.
Nine
categories, including SKIL point fighting, SKIL & WKC
continuous sparring, Sport Jujitsu, padded weapons
sparring, San Shou fighting, Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, and
Modified Pankration were on display. Competitors from both
Canada
and the United States came together in this most impressive
display of skill, sportsmanship and honour. Congratulations
to all involved.
