Raising money for world poverty has
always been a priority for the participants and sponsors
of the World Partnership Golf Tournament. Together with the
Aga Khan
Foundation,
this
group of go-getters (most of which hail from
the North Shore) have managed to raise $73,000 this year
alone. Held at Swan-e-Set Golf
Course,
it is truly
the toast of all golf tournaments as guests are treated to
a gourmet brunch, golf game, prizes, reception and dinner,
plus the added satisfaction of knowing that all proceeds
go to a very worthwhile
cause. Congratulations to all involved.
