Taste of the Nation

THE 12th Annual Taste of the Nation was held on May 23 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and lots of North Shore faces were in the crowd. The event, which invites guests to "fight hunger with taste", is a fund raiser that has collected over $600,000 over the past 10 years. Lots of local chefs, vinters, brewers, coffee roasters and beverage purveyors donate their time and their talent to this very special event. Attendees are treated to a fabulous evening of music, food and liquids where no one goes home hungry. All 100% of ticket sales are donated to organizations that focus on hunger relief throughout the lower mainland.
