Neil Diamond Tribute

TAKE one great North Shore musician/singer, and one legendary singer/songwriter, put them together and you've got one hot evening of live tribute music that everyone will remember for a long time to come. John Cronin's tribute performance to Neil Diamond was held at Centennnial Theatre on Aug. 20 as a fan filled auditorium came out to clap and sing along. Cronin has been in the music biz for close to 30 years, just about as long as Neil himself, so it's seems only fitting that the group can rock and roll just like the real thing. A special pre-show reception gave everyone a chance to mingle before the lights dimmed and the show started for this charity performance whose part proceeds were donated to the CKNW Orphans Fund.
