WVSD Employer Appreciation Lunch

GETTING work experience is half the battle when choosing a career. But today, students can get ahead of the game thanks to programs like the West Vancouver School District's career program. Local employers provide opportunities for students to work at a local business and learn more about life beyond the classroom. On June 5, at the West Vancouver Yacht Club, the school district held its Employer Appreciation Luncheon. It was a chance for the school board to thank those who participate and support the program.
