Emerald Eve

IT was "A Jazzy Affair" this year at the BC Schizophrenia Society's annual Emerald Eve gala. Held at the Westin Bayshore hotel last Friday night, the event attracted hundreds of supporters who got the chance to dine and dance the night away. The event, which is held in memory of the daughter of a BCSS member, helps the society raise the funds needed to promote awareness and develop programs. There was some games of chance, and a fabulous silent auction and, of course, jazz music. The big prize, a trip for two to Brisbane, Australia courtesy of Canada 3000.
