Lynnmour Community Day

THE Lynnmour Inter-River Community Association is well on its way to converting the old Jaycee House on Lillooet Road into a gathering place for neighbours. The new plans include provisions for a youth clubhouse, new tennis courts, basketball courts, day care services and a renovation of the main hall. On Saturday, June 16, it was time to get the community involved and celebrate with an open house. There was displays, kids activiites, music and more. Thanks to the Lynn Valley Lions for providing the barbecue. Keep your eyes pealed for more from this group as plans progress.
