CityScape Community Art Space

On February 1, the City of North Vancouver opened its newest art facility. Located in one of the snazzy new building at 335 Lonsdale, the opening night ceremonies of CityScape Community Art Space drew a big crowd and lots of attention from local artists and art lovers. The first exhibit is "Connections: A Sense of Place" which is part of the year long travelling exhibit "Visions of the North Shore" (sponsored by the North Vancouver Community Arts Council). "Connections" runs through March 18, 2001 so stop by and see the new gallery and the works of art. Call 988-6224 for more info.
