G.F. Strong - Luau

The G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver serves adolescents with physical and/or neurological impairments, including kids with severe head injuries, spina bifida or other similar disabilities. Dedicated and hard working, these medical support workers give and give in an effort to improve the quality of life of every teenager that comes to the centre. Last weekend, in support of the centre, the Crampton family and their Lynn Valley neighbours opened up their hearts and houses to host an all-out, authentic Hawaiian Luau. A real Polynesian buffet dinner, complete with roast pig, dancing and music helped recreate the spirit of the islands. Funds raised from the 50/50 draw go directly to support the centre and all its programs. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Host and home owner Larry Crampton is a generous man. He and his fellow Shriners always support good causes.
