Bobby Orr

I met Bobby Orr when he came to town back in the summer of 1998 to play in the Celebrity Pro/Am tournament at the GVO (the Greator Vancouver Open).

All day long (and it was a long day), he signed autographs with the fans. It didn't matter whether he was on the tee box, tying his shoes or trying to relax before dinner. He was pleasant and polite to everybody. A true sports hero and a gentleman.
