Sultry singer and 90's chart topper Amanda Marshall headlined the third annual Canuck Place Children's Hospice - Gift of Time Gala last Friday at the Wall Centre Hotel. And even though the hockey team lost on home ice this night, everyone here went away a winner as VIPs scored big for the 350 families that benefit from this very worthwhile program. The $300, black-tie affair also featured a fabulous live auction that included Montecristo jewellery, Billy Joel tickets, and, of course, a Canucks game and suite package. Meanwhile, there was everything, including the kitchen sink, up for grabs as Kohler Co. and their corporate crew flew into town to show-off their newest kitchen and bath interior decorating ideas. Nothing crappy here as circus performers and ribbon acrobats dangled from the ceiling of the Rocky Mountaineer Train Station and guests nibbled on haute hors d'oeuvres courtesy of Glowbal.

Due to server capacity, you will not be able to access or click through to the larger photographs. With over 250,000 unique visits each month, our site would quickly exceed the amount of memory needed.
If you would like to receive a copy of a photograph, then please send an email and enclose the details of the event, the date, the name, the photo number and the names of the people in the photograph. Also, for security reasons, I prefer not to email copies of pictures to anyone other than the people who are actually in the photo. Thanks. |
