Canadian born online gambling billionaire and Bodog.com owner Calvin Ayre may spend a lot of time in Costa Rica, but he still calls Vancouver his home away from home. Recently seen on the cover of Forbes magazine's "World's Richest People", Ayre is known for throwing some of the city's best launch parties. HIs Bodog online casino pulled in reported sales of $210 million last year alone and his record label also backs known Vancouver based music talent like Biff Naked. Last Saturday, at Lucy Mae Brown's, Ayre was back in town for a private screening party to celebrate the "Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker" television series which began on April 15 on FSN (Fox Sports Net).
